Ordering, shipping and payment

All TiePie engineering products can be ordered through the shopping cart on our website. Ordering is also possible by e-mail or by fax.

To order through the online ordering system, The following steps have to be taken:

1. Add items to the shopping cart.
   This can be done on the product pages of each product, by clicking the shopping cart symbol. The contents of the shopping cart will be shown in the upper right corner of the screen. The amount of items in the shopping cart can be changed on the details page.
2. Checkout.
   This will show a form that has to be filled with the indicated information. Please make sure to enter a valid email address as this will be used to contact you.
3. Send order.
   This will send the order to the TiePie engineering sales department and a copy to the email address that was provided. The sales department will then send a ProForma invoice by email including shipping cost and payment methods.
4. Payment.
   Payment can be done in the ways indicated on the ProForma invoice. International orders (from outside The Netherlands) require payment in advance. When the payment has arrived, TiePie engineering will ship the product(s). Orders within The Netherlands will be shipped including invoice.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel to be sent. Different shipping methods are used depending on the destination:

Destination	Shipping method
Within the Netherlands
Within Europe
Rest of the world

When requested, other shipping methods can be used.

Payment can be done in the following ways:

• By bank transfer
• By or , this adds 5% to the total sum

Payment details are provided on the Proforma invoice that will be sent by email. International orders (from outside The Netherlands) require payment in advance. When the payment has arrived, TiePie engineering will ship the product(s). Orders within The Netherlands will be shipped including invoice.
