Return Material Authorization

Before a product can be sent back to TiePie engineering, a Return Material Authorization number has to be obtained. To obtain this number, please fill in the form below. When available, saved measurements and/or screen shots showing the problem can be attached to the RMA request.

After sending the form, TiePie engineering will contact you using the email address you provided, to give you the RMA number.

When returning an instrument for a repair to TiePie engineering, please make sure that:

  • the instrument is properly packed
  • a printed confirmation of the RMA number including a return address and contact details (at least e-mail address or fax number) is included
  • accessories like probes, cables, manuals etc. are not included, unless they are required to reproduce the problem.
  • the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel
