Multi Channel software update, version 1.0.10
Version 1.0.10 of the Multi Channel software is now available for download.
A demo version is also available, which can be used without connecting measuring instruments.
This is a list of some of the changes:
- .TPO (TiePie Objects) files can now be opened from command line parameters and therefore also by executing (double-clicking) TPO files.
- Maximum number of pulses per revolution of the RPM-I/O changed from 1000 to 100000.
- Double clicking a function generator node in the object tree now shows the AWG control window, even if it was minimized.
- When the AWG is (temporarily) not capable of loading data, the AWG window does no longer accept data dragged onto it and the (re)load buttons are disabled. (For example when the Handyscope HS3 acquisition system is streaming.)
- BugFix: During loading, connections are now created in the correct order, such that after connecting, data of sources does not change. Without this, data could be corrupted during loading.
- BugFix: After saving a desktop setfile without data, it was not possible to save it with data.
- Minimum AWG frequency is used to determine number of frequency buttons on the control window.

Multi Channel software update, version 1.0.9
Version 1.0.9 of the Multi Channel software is now available for download.
A demo version is also available, which can be used without connecting measuring instruments.
This is a list of some of the changes:
- Multiple equal objects ( Instruments, AWG's, Sources, I/O's or Sinks) can now load settings and data from (a part of) a file.
- Saving and loading objects ( sources, I/O's , Sinks ) and groups of objects to and from
.TPO (TiePie Objects) files is now possible.
- The Import.. menu item of instruments for importing WinSoft files is removed.
Such files can now be opened with the Load... item.
- Better numbering of all software objects. The problem was that object numbers kept rising after repeatedly loading setfiles.
- DiskWriter sinks can now include date and time with millisecond precision
in the file name to prevent duplicate file names.
- Files written by the DiskWriter sink are no longer limited to 2 GiB.
The size is unlimited on NTFS, but limited to 4 GiB on other file systems (FAT32).
- A number format can now be specified for writing data to ASCII/CSV files with a
DiskWriter sink or when exporting data.
- Bigger icons (up to 256x256) added for Vista.
- Window and control appearance is determined by the current Windows theme.
- Record length menu now displays KiSamples and kSamples instead of large numbers.
- Handyscope HS4 maximum trigger time out changed from 100 seconds to 2M seconds.
- Trigger symbols are now correctly positioned when only one channel is connected to an axis and the axis range is different than the channel range.
- Sound sink added to make (measured) data audible.
- Gain/Offset now has option to convert a spectrum to a density spectrum.
- Sources with different units can now be connected to the Sum-I/O.
Output unit will be '?' in that case, but may be changed by the user.
- Measurement dBm added to cursor window and meter.
- Handyscope HS3 AWG amplitude changes cause less distortion in the output signal.
- Scroll bar buttons on AWG control window make bigger steps when clicked.
- AWG trigger settings are now saved and loaded.
